Section 10

the prescribed standard conditions of the individual licence;

and

any special conditions imposed by the Minister on the individual licence.

An individual licensee who fails to comply with any condition of an individual licence under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.
