Section 111
In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires—
“licensee” includes—
(a)
a person who holds an individual licence or authorization granted under Chapter 2 of Part XIII;
(b)
a person who is exempted from holding an individual licence granted under this Act; and
(c)
a person who holds, controls or operates assets which form part of a public water supply system or public sewerage system.
