(a)
hinders or obstructs the licensee or any person authorized by the Commission under this Act or any of the licensee’s or Commission’s officers, employees, agents or contractors in the performance and execution of its duty or of anything which it is respectively empowered or required to do by virtue of or in consequence of this Act; or
(b)
removes any mark set up for the purpose of indicating any level or direction necessary to the execution of works authorized by this Act or its subsidiary legislation, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months or to both.
