Commission may retain documents
(2)
The person who provided the document is entitled to be supplied, as soon as practicable, with a copy certified by the
Commission to be a true copy of the document.
(3)
Notwithstanding any other written law, the certified copy of the document shall be received by all courts and tribunals as evidence as if it was the original document.

(4)
Until a certified copy of the document is supplied, the
Commission shall, at such times and places as the Commission deems appropriate, permit the person who provided the document or a person authorized by the person to inspect and make copies of or take extracts from the original document.
(5)
If the Commission is satisfied that the retaining of the documents is no longer necessary, the Commission may return the documents to the person who provided the documents under subsection (1) as soon as practicable.
