Section 181

The regulations made under section 179 and the rules made under section 180 or any other subsidiary legislation made under this Act may provide for any act or omission in contravention of the regulations, rules or other subsidiary legislation to be an offence and may provide for penalties of a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand ringgit or a term of imprisonment not exceeding three years or to both.
