Protection of officers and other persons
The Commission, any employee or agent of the Commission, certifying agency, an authorized officer or any other person shall not be liable to be sued in any court for loss or damages for or on account of, or in respect of, any act or matter done or ordered to be done or omitted to be done by it or him in good faith and in the intended exercise of any power or discharge of any duty conferred on it or him under this Act.
