having a fire-hydrant fixed on them, to be maintained at such pressure as may be set out in the subsidiary legislation made under this Act.

A water distribution licensee who contravenes subsection

commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit.

Water quality
