Financial assistance to company established by the Board, etc.
For the purpose of this Act, the Board may, with the approval of the Minister and the Minister of Finance, provide financial assistance—
(a)
to any company established under section 37;
(b)
to any person involved in kenaf industry or tobacco industry, with or without interest and for such period and upon such terms as to the time and method of repayment and otherwise.
