Section 37
The Board may establish or expand or promote the establishment or expansion of companies under the *Companies
Act 2016 [Act 777]—
(a)
to perform any of its functions or carry out any of its powers; or
(b)
to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management of any activity which has been planned or undertaken by the Board in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers.
*NOTE—This Act has replaced the Companies Act 1965 [Act 125]—see subsection 620(1) of
Act 777.
