Section 96

All deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting immediately before the appointed date and affecting any of the property transferred under section 95

shall have full force and effect against or in favour of the Board established by this Act and shall be enforceable as fully and effectually as if, instead of the dissolved Board or any person acting on behalf of the dissolved Board, the Board established by this Act had been named therein or been a party thereto.
