Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) Identification 19
(a)
under this Act or regulations made under this Act;
(b)
under any written law;
(c)
by any court; or
(d)
for the performance of his functions or the exercise of his powers under this Act or regulations made under this Act.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to both.
