Liquidity assistance under paragraph 32(1)(a) or (b)
(a)
financing against such form of security as the Bank may consider sufficient;
(b)
purchase or commitment to purchase assets of the financial institution;
(c)
lending or exchanging assets of the Bank against assets of the financial institution;
(d)
guarantees or indemnities; or

(e)
such other arrangements as the Bank may consider appropriate, upon such terms and conditions as the Bank thinks fit in the circumstances.
