Section 74
The Bank may purchase, acquire or lease immovable property—
(a)
for the purposes of carrying out its functions or conducting its business or affairs in accordance with the Shariah pursuant to section 73;
(b)
for the provision or future provision of—
(i)
business premises for the Bank and its agencies and any clearing houses established pursuant to section 46;
(ii)
residences for the Governor, Deputy Governors, officers and employees; and
(iii)
amenities for the promotion of the welfare of officers and employees; or
(c)
as may be provided in any provision of this Act.
