participate in any arrangement, scheme, programme or initiative with any other central banks, monetary authorities or international financial institutions or authorities outside Malaysia to promote bilateral, regional and international monetary, financial or economic co-operation; or

with the approval of the Minister on the recommendation of the Board, fund or provide financing in whole or in part for the arrangement, scheme, programme or initiative referred to in paragraph (a).

Membership in international organizations
