Section 80
The Bank shall exercise the rights and perform the obligations arising from the—
(a)
membership of Malaysia in the International Monetary
Fund under the Bretton Woods Agreements Act 1957 [Act 472];
(b)
membership of the Bank in the Islamic Financial Services
Board pursuant to the Islamic Financial Services Board
Act 2002 [Act 623]; and
(c)
membership of Malaysia or the Bank in any international organization in respect of which provision is made in any federal law.
