Section 127

This Division shall have effect in relation to a policy which is in force on or after its operation, and in relation to a nomination made before, on or after its operation, notwithstanding anything contained in the policy, and nothing contained in a policy shall derogate from, or be construed as derogating in any manner or to any extent from, this Division.
