Where there is any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and the Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 in matters where syariah compliance are concerned, the provisions of the Labuan Islamic Financial
Services and Securities Act 2010 shall prevail.
