Foreign public fund may be managed or administered in Labuan
A public fund lawfully registered under the laws of any recognized country or jurisdiction need not be registered as a public fund under section 33 so long as the public fund is administered or managed in Labuan by a fund administrator, a custodian, a trustee or a fund manager, who is licensed, registered or eligible under this Part.
