Section 160
Publication of notification, Gazette
Authority shall, either as expressly provided in the provisions or where no time frame is specified, as soon as practicable, publish the notification, including notification of Gazette, but any delay in publishing such notice shall not in any manner affect the validity of the content, notification or order made therein.
