Section 59
of LABUAN ISLAMIC FINANCIAL SERVICES AND SECURITIES ACT 2010
Section 59
A licence granted under this Part shall—
(a)
be in such form as may be specified;
(b)
specify any terms, conditions, restrictions or limitations;
(c)
remain in force until it is revoked; and
(d)
be admissible in all courts as prima facie evidence of the facts stated in it.
*NOTE—The Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001 [Act 613] has been amended and referred as Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 [Act 613] which comes into operation on 1 September 2014—
