the date, time and person from whom the wildlife or part or derivative of the wildlife was received;

the name, address and licence number of the owner of the wildlife or part or derivative of the wildlife; and

the date and time the wildlife or part or derivative of wildlife is returned to the owner.

Any licensed taxidermist who contravenes subsection (1)

commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
