Section 110

for any purpose an act is required to be done within a particular period or before a particular time under the provision of any law or any agreement; and

this Act prevents the act from being done within that period or before that time, the period is deemed to be extended or the time is deemed to be deferred until the fifth business day following the end of the period during which that act is prevented by this Act from being done.
