Where a subsidiary of the Corporation is designated as a bridge institution—
(a)
no action, suit or proceeding in any court or tribunal may be commenced or continued against the bridge institution or in respect of its assets;
(b)
no attachment, garnishment, execution or other method of enforcement of a judgement, award or order against the bridge institution or its assets may take place or continue;
and

(c)
no creditor of the bridge institution has any remedy against the bridge institution or its assets, during the period of ninety days following the making of the designation.
