Section 137
Where a petition for the winding up of an insurer member is presented by a person other than the Corporation, that person—
(a)
shall give to the Corporation notice of all proceedings relating to the petition, including proceedings under sections 492, 493, 494, 502 and 510 and subsection 486(2)
of the Companies Act 2016; and
(b)
shall deliver to the Corporation copies of the documents and records relating to the proceedings at the same time as they are lodged with the High Court or served on any party to the proceedings.
