Compliance or restraining order
If a person does not comply with any provision of this Act that applies in respect of such person, the Corporation may apply to a High
Court for an order directing such person to comply with or restraining such person from acting in breach of the provision and, on the application, the court may so order and make any further order it thinks fit.
