Without prejudice to the powers of inspection, examination, investigation, inquiry or resolution conferred on the Corporation, nothing in this Act shall—
(a)
authorize the Minister to direct the Corporation; or
(b)
authorize the Corporation, to inquire specifically into the affairs of any customer of a member institution.
