For the purposes of this Part—
(a)
“takaful benefit” means the aggregate of takaful benefits for which an insurer member is liable to any person in the usual course of the takaful business of the insurer member; and
(b)
“insurance benefit” means the aggregate of insurance benefits for which an insurer member is liable to any person in the usual course of the insurance business of the insurer member.
