Section 11

The Commission may, at any time after the application for a licence is made, request the applicant to give to the Commission, within the period specified in the request, further information or document.

If any additional information or document required under subsection (2) is not provided by the applicant within the period

specified in the request or any extension of time granted by the

Commission, the application shall be deemed to be withdrawn and shall not be further proceeded with, but without affecting the right of the applicant to make a fresh application.

An application under this section may be withdrawn at any time before it is approved or refused.

A person who provides postal services without a valid licence granted under section 10 commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.
