(2)
A licence that was issued under the repealed Act for a period of three years or less and has a remaining period of less than one year at the appointed date, shall be deemed to have been extended for one year from the expiration date of the licence.

(3)
A holder of a licence issued under the repealed Act may apply for a licence under this Act in substitution for the licence issued under the repealed Act before the expiration date of the licence.
