(2)
The direction shall expire on such date as the Commission may specify in the written notice or if no date is specified, the direction shall be in force until it is revoked.
(3)
A licensee who fails to comply with a direction of the Commission under this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
(4)
The Commission shall maintain a register of all directions issued by the Commission, including any variation or revocation of a direction in accordance with subsection 99(1).
