akta ibu dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas seksyen 60
seksyen yang berikut:
“Failure to frank documents 60A. any authorized person who, being required by law to frank any instrument, fails to do so within thirty days from the date the instrument is executed shall be liable to a fine of not less than two hundred ringgit and not more than two thousand ringgit.”.
