Section 34

The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, establish or acquire any corporation established under the Companies

Act 1965 [Act 125] and Trust Companies Act 1949 [Act 100]

necessary for the purpose of raising funds, provided that the corporation so established or acquired by the Board is prohibited from establishing subsidiaries of the corporation.
