Amendment of section 20
(a)
in paragraph (a), by inserting after the words “to be supplied” the words “due to cessation of business”;
(b)
in paragraph (d), by deleting the word “or” at the end of the paragraph;
(c)
in paragraph (e), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the paragraph the words “; or”; and
(d)
by inserting after paragraph (e) the following paragraph:
“(f) supply of goods made within or between the free zone under section 162 except where such supply is subject to an order under subsection 163(1).”.
