Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the principal Act is amended in the column “Rates of Income Tax”—
(a)
by substituting for the words “5 per cent” the words
“3 per cent”;
(b)
by substituting for the words “10 per cent” the words
“8 per cent”; and
(c)
by substituting for the words “16 per cent” the words
“14 per cent”.
