Section 23

Issuance of Certificate of Peguam Syarie

The Chief Registrar shall, upon payment of a prescribed fee, issue to the applicant who has been admitted as a Peguam Syarie under this Act, a certificate of Peguam Syarie in the manner as determined by the Chief Registrar.
