Section 24

The name and the date of admission of a Peguam Syarie shall be entered in the Register in the order of the date of admission.

The Register shall be open for inspection by any person without payment.

Notwithstanding subsection (3), any application for an extract or a copy of the Register shall be subject to a prescribed fee.
