(2)
Upon the issuance of an Annual Practising Certificate, the Chief Registrar shall ensure that the particulars contained in the declaration submitted under paragraph 29(2)(a) and other particulars prescribed by the Chief Registrar to be entered in the
Register of Practitioners.
(3)
If there is any changes of the particulars of the Peguam
Syarie in the Register of Practitioners, the Peguam Syarie shall, within thirty days of the changes, notify the Chief Registrar and
Majlis Peguam Syarie about the changes of the particulars, and the Chief Registrar shall cause the entry about the changes of the particulars in respect of that Peguam Syarie to be made in the Register of Practitioners.
(4)
Any person may inspect the Register of Practitioners with the payment of a prescribed fee.
