Section 44
The Badan Peguam Syarie may make rules for—
(a)
prescribing the procedure of any meeting including annual general meeting and extraordinary general meeting of the Badan Peguam Syarie;
(b)
regulating the conduct of the election of the members of the Majlis Peguam Syarie; and
(c)
prescribing such other matters that are incidental to the betterment of the Badan Peguam Syarie.
