(2)
Notwithstanding any vacancy in the Majlis Peguam Syarie, the continuing members of the Majlis Peguam Syarie may act if there is a full quorum.
(3)
No act done by or under the authority of the Majlis Peguam
Syarie shall be invalid in consequence of any defect subsequently discovered in the election or qualification of the members or any of them.
