Upon issuance of the certificate, any property, document which belong to, or any money due to, the client of the
Peguam Syarie or any trust held by the Peguam Syarie, his partner or employee shall be dealt with by the Majlis Peguam Syarie in accordance with the provisions of the Third Schedule to the Act.
