Section 61
The Bank may issue standards as the Bank deems fit, generally in respect of this Act, or in respect of any particular provision of this Act, or generally in respect of the conduct of a registered currency processor or a financial institution carrying on currency processing activities—
(a)
for the purpose of giving effect to its object and carrying out its function or conducting its business or affair;
(b)
for the purpose of giving full effect to any provision of this Act; or

for the further, better or more convenient implementation of the provisions of this Act.
