(2)
This Act shall be read subject to the provisions of section 77 of the Central Bank of Malaysia Act 2009, Division 2
of Part XIV of the Financial Services Act 2013 and Division 2
of Part XV of the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 and in the event of any conflict between this Act and the provisions, the provisions shall prevail.
(3)
Nothing in this Act shall be considered as an approval for the purpose of Division 2 of Part XIV of the Financial Services
Act 2013 and Division 2 of Part XV of the Islamic Financial
Services Act 2013.
