approval or determination made by the Minister under section 23 of the Central Bank of Malaysia Act 1958

[Act 519] shall be deemed as approval of the Minister under section 9; and

permission given by the Bank under section 27a of the

Central Bank of Malaysia Act 1958 shall be deemed as approval granted by the Bank under subsection 19(1), and shall continue to remain in full force and effect in relation to the person to whom the approval or determination or permission applies until the approval or determination or permission is amended or revoked.
