(a)
if the insured housewife and the husband divorces;
(b)
in the event of death of the husband; or
(c)
in the event the husband is unable to pay the contribution which he elected to pay due to loss of income, or for any other reasons.

(2)
Upon the expiry of the contribution period mentioned in subsection (1), the housewife shall have the option to continue to pay contribution to the Organization in accordance with subsection 15(2).
