Recipient of benefits to observe conditions
(a)
shall remain under medical treatment at a hospital, dispensary, clinic or other institution provided under this
Act and shall carry out the instructions given by a medical officer or medical attendant in charge of it;
(b)
shall not do anything which might prejudice her chances of recovery while under treatment or physical rehabilitation;
(c)
shall not leave the area in which medical treatment is provided under this Act without the permission of a medical officer as prescribed; and
(d)
shall allow herself to be examined by any duly appointed medical officer or other person authorized by the
Organization in this behalf.
(2)
An insured housewife who is claiming or in receipt of such benefit shall attend to the health screening or health program as instructed by the Organization which shall be provided by the
Organization at no cost.
(3)
Any benefit may be suspended, if an insured housewife who is claiming or in receipt of such benefit fails to comply with any of the

requirements of subsection (1) or (2), and such suspension shall be for such number of days as may be determined by the Organization.
