(2)
The Tribunal shall be presided by a Chairman appointed by the
Minister upon such terms and conditions as the Minister may determine.
(3)
A person is qualified for an appointment as a Chairman under subsection (2) if —
(a)
he is a citizen; and
(b)
for the ten years preceding his appointment, he has been—
(i)
a member of the judicial and legal service of the
Federation;
(ii)
an advocate and solicitor within the meaning of the
Legal Profession Act 1976 [Act 166];
(iii)
an advocate within the meaning of the Advocates
Ordinance of Sabah [Sabah Cap. 2]; or
(iv)
an advocate within the meaning of the Advocates
Ordinance of Sarawak [Sarawak Cap. 110].
