progress on the implementation of budget initiatives or measures of the Government in respect of that financial year; and

other relevant information relating to mid-year expenditure performance report.

The mid-year expenditure performance report shall be used for the purpose of assessing the expenditure performance of the Government against the expenditure estimates for that financial year as set out in the expenditure estimates under section 35 of this Act.
