The Sales Tax Act 2018, which is referred to as the
“principal Act” in this Chapter, is amended in section 10—
(a)
by substituting for subsection (3) the following subsection:
“(3) Any order made under subsection (2) shall be laid before the Dewan Rakyat.”; and
(b)
by deleting subsections (4), (5) and (6).
Amendment of section 11a
