Amendment of section 42
Subsection 42(1) of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words “Any person may apply, in the prescribed form together with the prescribed fee, to the Director General”
the words “Any person may apply to the Director General, in the form and manner as determined by the Director General together with the prescribed fee,”.
