in the shoulder note, by deleting the words “to be approved by the Dewan Rakyat”;

by substituting for subsection (2) the following subsection:

“(2)  Any order made under subsection (1) shall be laid before the Dewan Rakyat.”; and

by deleting subsections (3), (4) and (5).
